please don't be offended...

... if i seem to be using the imaginary brake pedal on the passenger side of your car. i've noticed that i'll use this motion to keep myself from physically sliding forward. it likely has nothing to do with your driving ability, or my trust in your driving ability.

honestly, the larger indication of my trust in your driving ability is whether or not i'm checking your blind spots for you (unless you ask me to) or look around when you're turning. of course, this behavior is also activated when i don't trust a particular area's traffic...

the imaginary brake pedal? an anti-wedgie measure (after all... my pants are likely *not* sliding forward with me...)
